Instead of juggling multiple contractors, agencies, and timelines, you can focus on the exciting parts—choosing your floor plan, personalizing your home, and planning for your future. Our team will handle the details, manage the process, and coordinate all the moving pieces to keep your project on track.

The process typically follows these steps:

Initial Consultation

  • Discuss your home goals, budget, timeline, and property location.
  • Review available floor plans, sizes, and customization options.
  • Discuss financing, land ownership, and site requirements.

Property Evaluation Visit Map Your Property Tab

  • Assess existing land or assist in finding property.
  • Verify zoning, setbacks, utilities, septic, and delivery access.
  • Conduct a site inspection with our team if necessary.

Home Selection

  • Choose the manufacturer, model, floor plan, and upgrades.
  • Receive a complete cost breakdown including home price, transport, installation, foundation, permits, utilities, and site work.

Sign Purchase Agreement

  • Review all specifications and selected options.
  • Sign the Purchase Order required for your finance company.
  • Start escrow after pre-approval.

Financing Approval & Escrow

  • Provide required documentation to your lender.
  • Receive final budget approval and complete financial signings.
  • We notify the factory to begin building your home.

Engineering & Permits

  • Prepare site plans and submit permit applications.
  • Obtain utility, environmental, and building approvals.

Site Prep & Home Delivery

  • Prepare the site and transport the home from the factory.
  • Set up home sections, complete marriage lines, and install steps/skirting.
  • Perform finish work and connect utilities.

Occupancy & Closing

  • Complete final inspections and receive Certificate of Occupancy.
  • Finalize lender requirements and disburse loan funds.

Homeowner Orientation

  • Walk through the home with your salesperson and contractor.
  • Learn about home systems, warranties, and maintenance.
  • Transfer utilities, move in, and enjoy your new home!
